Corporate cards
Corporate card expenses, reconciled without the month-end scramble
Keep the cards you have or issue new ones. Transactions arrive in Capture Expense, receipts are matched to them, and the coding, VAT and posting into your accounting system stay under finance control.
Works with your existing cards
Daily issuer feeds from American Express, Visa and Mastercard commercial programmes, HSBC MiVision, plus Open Banking for other accounts.
Receipts matched automatically
A receipt sent from a phone finds its card transaction on its own. Cardholders just confirm and add the details you require.
Posted the way accountants want
Card spend posts as purchase ledger invoices to one supplier per card scheme, with VAT and cost centres correct, ready to reconcile against the statement.
Transaction feeds
Card transactions arrive on their own
Direct network feeds mean go-live in days, complete merchant and currency data, and far fewer missing transactions than Open Banking alone. Cardholders are reminded of anything unreceipted, and finance sees the whole programme in one view.
- Amex consolidator feed, Visa and Mastercard commercial feeds, HSBC MiVision
- Open Banking where a direct feed is not available
- FTP card transaction files for unusual programmes
- Real-time spend tracking across every corporate account
- Stationery 5 Feb Ryman Matched £29.17

Matching and coding
Receipts find their transactions
Receipts from the app, chat or email are matched to card lines by merchant, amount and date. AI suggests the category and VAT treatment, and your alerts insist on a VAT receipt, a purpose or attendees where policy requires them.
- Automatic matching with a simple confirm step for the cardholder
- Categories and VAT suggested, merchant mappings remembered
- Shared cards handled with enter-on-behalf and forwarding addresses
Posting
Finance keeps control of the ledger
Approved card expenses consolidate into purchase ledger invoices against a bucket supplier for each card scheme or entity. VAT is treated correctly, receipts are attached, and the statement reconciles cleanly. Multiple VAT schemes per entity are supported.
- One PL invoice per statement cycle, per card scheme
- Nominal code, VAT and dimensions on every line
- Re-export, revert and retry from the export history
